Entry Fee: $55 total for both days due in one check per league payable to Three Rivers League. Fees are due Wednesday, March 3rd at time of bib pick up at Scroggins Govy House.
Start Orders: Start orders are due by midnight Sunday, February 28 via the Google spreadsheet accessible here. The password will be sent out to head coaches.
Tickets: Tickets are available for everyone at $50 per day for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Tickets must be purchased online in advance. There will not be tickets available for purchase at the counter! Thursday, March 4 only Cascade and Lower Bowl lifts will run until 3pm. This means that from 9AM - 3PM you will not be able to cross from East side to West side on skis and vice versa. Friday, March 5 all lifts will be open at 9AM.
Waiver: The Skibowl waiver must be completed by all coaches, athletes, and volunteers.

COVID PROTOCOLS
Racers, coaches, officials, and volunteers are required to fill out the COVID symptom form by 8PM the day before each race. Link will be sent out.
Competitors that do not fill out the Health Form will not be allowed to compete. There will be no refunds.
Skibowl is 100% mask 100% of the time. Competitors may race without their masks and must re-mask after crossing the finish line.
Spectators: No spectators allowed inside the venue. They must social distance in all areas of the mountain. Do not bunch up around the fniish coral. Maintain social distancing.
GENERAL INFO
WEDNESDAY TRAINING: Skibowl opens at 3PM no Wednesday, March 3. Tickets are $50. Hill rental prior to 3pm is $150 / hr. Contact John Vermass or Spencer Raymond for more info.
SKIBOWL: SnoPark permits are required for both the East and West Skibowl parking lots. To access the GS course, go to Skibowl West. To access the slalom course, go to Skibowl East. Food and beverage is available for take out only at Skibowl West. Skibowl East will not have food and beverage options. Plan to eat in the car or at an outside picnic table. The lodges on both sides will be open for bathroom use.
COACHES MEETING: Will be virtual at 7:30 PM Wednesday and Thursday nights. Links to follow.
RACE RULES: OISRA rules and team scoring will be followed with the following changes: ref to be coaches, flip 30 second run, no "bib rule", $50 protest fee, no post-race appeal process. Note this is not an OISRA event.
BIBS: Athletes will be issued one bib for the entirety of the event (both races). Bibs will be picked up at the Scroggins Govy residence on Wednesday March 3rd and will be available the morning of the race. See the general info sheet for the address.
AWARDS: Awards will be awarded to the top three teams and individuals. There will be no formal awards ceremony.
